returns, and sustainability. If you don’t find your answer here, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.

Orders & Production

Are the artworks framed?
No — all prints are delivered unframed. This way, you can choose a frame that perfectly matches your home and style.

How are the artworks produced?
Each artwork is printed to order by The Printspace, one of Europe’s leading fine art print labs. They use museum-grade papers, state-of-the-art printing technology, and a fully carbon-neutral process.

Do the prints come with certificates?
Yes. Every limited edition artwork includes a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

What sizes are available?
Wallimals start at 70x70 cm and go up to larger statement pieces. Wild Essence is focused on big formats — many prints are 100 cm wide or more. You’ll find exact sizes listed on each product page.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Wild Essence collection: free shipping worldwide.
  • Wallimals collection: standard rates apply. Orders above €200 qualify for free shipping.

How long will delivery take?

  • Norway & EU: 3–7 working days
  • USA & Canada: 6–10 working days
  • Australia & Rest of World: 5–15 working days

How are the prints packaged?
All prints are carefully packaged in recyclable, biodegradable materials. Larger artworks are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes to ensure safe delivery.

Taxes & Duties

Are taxes included in the prices?
Yes. VAT is included in prices for customers in Norway and the EU.

Do I pay tax if I’m outside Norway and the EU?
No VAT is charged at checkout for orders outside Norway and the EU. Instead, local customs or import duties may apply when your order arrives — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

What about customers in the UK?
Since our artworks are priced above £135, UK customers don’t pay VAT at checkout. Instead, VAT and any import duties are charged by UK customs when the order arrives.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an artwork if I change my mind?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or someone acting on your behalf, physically received the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the withdrawal period expires by email at contact@wallimals.com. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Returned artworks must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is damaged or defective, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

If you withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option, within 14 days of receiving your notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.

Please Note: To avoid unnecessary returns and environmental impact, we recommend carefully checking the listed dimensions before placing your order.

Every artwork is printed with care, packaged securely, and shipped with tracking, so you can feel confident ordering from us.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your print is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

Sustainability & Craft

Are your prints eco-friendly?
Yes. All prints are produced in a carbon-neutral process, with sustainable packaging made from recycled and biodegradable materials.

What papers do you use?

  • Wallimals: printed on professional C-type photographic papers (Fuji Matt, Fuji Pearl, or Fuji Flex).
  • Wild Essence: printed on premium fine art papers (Hahnemühle Photo Rag, Epson Semi Gloss, or German Etching, depending on the artwork).
All are archival, museum-quality papers designed to last for decades.

Do you support wildlife or conservation causes?
Yes, this is very close to our hearts. While we are not yet partnered with a specific organization, our long-term vision is to support wildlife protection through our work. We’ll share updates on this once it’s in place.
