Orders & Production
Are the artworks framed?
All artworks are delivered unframed, allowing you to select a framing solution that suits your space.
Can you help with framing?
Framing and display solutions can be considered on request, depending on artwork size and location.
For large-scale works, local framing is often recommended to ensure optimal results and reduce transport risk.
Do you offer trade or project support?
Yes. For interior projects, multi-piece installations, or larger orders, tailored guidance and pricing can be arranged.
Please include artwork titles, sizes, location, and timeline when reaching out.
How are the artworks produced?
Each work is produced to order using professional fine art printing processes and archival materials, selected to ensure long-term quality and precision.
Do the prints come with certificates?
Yes. Every limited edition artwork includes a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
What sizes are available?
Both Wallimals and Wild Essence are developed in statement formats rather than standard small sizes.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is available.
How much does shipping cost?
Free worldwide shipping is included on all artworks.
How long will delivery take?
- Norway & EU: 3–7 working days
- USA & Canada: 6–10 working days
- Australia & Rest of World: 5–15 working days
How are the prints packaged?
All artworks are securely packaged using protective, recyclable materials.
Larger artworks are shipped rolled in reinforced tubes to ensure safe delivery.

Taxes & Duties
Are taxes included in the prices?
VAT is included in prices for customers in Norway and the EU.
Do I pay tax outside Norway and the EU?
Local import duties or taxes may apply depending on destination country.
These are handled by local customs authorities.
What about UK orders?
For orders above £135, VAT and any applicable import fees are collected upon arrival by UK customs.
What about US and international orders?
Orders may be fulfilled locally where possible to reduce transit time and avoid unnecessary customs delays. Import duties may still apply depending on destination.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return an artwork if I change my mind?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The period starts the day you (or someone acting on your behalf) receive the product.
To initiate a return, please email contact@wallimals.com with your order details.
What are the return conditions?
Returned artworks must be in original condition and packaging. Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item and are issued using the original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, it will be replaced at no cost.
Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

Are your artworks environmentally responsible?
Production is carried out using responsible practices, with recyclable packaging used wherever possible.
What materials are used?
- Wallimals works are produced as professional C-type photographic prints, selected for clarity and durability.

All materials are museum-grade and designed for long-term display.
