Orders & Production

Are the artworks framed?
No - all prints are delivered unframed, so you can choose a frame that perfectly matches your home and style.

Can you help with framing?
Yes. I can request a framing quote through my print partner, The Printspace, where available. Options and lead times depend on the artwork size and your delivery location.
If you’d like framing, email contact@wallimals.com with the artwork title, size, and destination, and I’ll confirm what’s possible.
Note: For some regions, I recommend shipping the print safely and arranging local framing to reduce cost, risk, and transit time.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
For interior projects of five or more pieces, I can provide tailored quotes on the Wallimals collection. Email contact@wallimals.com with the project scope (artworks, sizes, destination, and deadline).
Wild Essence pieces are extremely limited and handled case-by-case to preserve exclusivity.

How are the artworks produced?
Each piece is printed to order through my trusted production partner, The Printspace - one of Europe’s leading fine-art print labs. They use museum-grade papers, precise color calibration, and a fully carbon-neutral process.

Do the prints come with certificates?
Yes. Every limited edition artwork includes a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

What sizes are available?
Wallimals pieces start at 70 x 70 cm and go up to large statement formats.
Wild Essence focuses on large-scale art - many prints are 100 cm wide or more.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide through my production partner, The Printspace.

How much does shipping cost?

• Wild Essence collection: free worldwide shipping.
• Wallimals collection: standard rates apply. Orders above €200 qualify for free shipping.

How long will delivery take?

• Norway & EU: 3–7 working days
• USA & Canada: 6–10 working days
• Australia & Rest of World: 5–15 working days

How are the prints packaged?
All prints are carefully packaged in recyclable, biodegradable materials.
Larger artworks are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes to ensure safe delivery.

Taxes & Duties

Are taxes included in the prices?
Yes. VAT is included in prices for customers in Norway and the EU.

Do I pay tax if I’m outside Norway and the EU?
No VAT is charged at checkout for orders outside Norway and the EU. Local customs or import duties may apply when your order arrives - these are the buyer’s responsibility.

What about customers in the UK?
Since the artworks are priced above £135, UK customers don’t pay VAT at checkout. Instead, VAT and any import duties are charged by UK customs when the order arrives.

What about customers in the US, Canada, and other regions?
Orders shipped outside Europe - including the United States, Canada, Australia, and most international destinations - are sent without VAT or additional taxes charged at checkout. However, local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes on arrival. These are not included in the listed prices and vary by country.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an artwork if I change my mind?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day you (or someone acting on your behalf) receive the product.

To exercise your right, please email contact@wallimals.com before the withdrawal period expires - I handle all return requests personally. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Returned artworks must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you withdraw within 14 days, I’ll refund all payments (including the cheapest standard shipping option) within 14 days of receiving your return notice. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase.

Please note: To reduce unnecessary returns and environmental impact, please check the listed dimensions before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your print is damaged in transit or incorrect, I’ll replace it free of charge. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

Sustainability & Craft

Are your prints eco-friendly?
Yes. All prints are produced through a carbon-neutral process, using recyclable and biodegradable packaging.

What papers do you use?

• Wallimals: printed on professional C-type photographic papers (Fuji Matt or Fuji Gloss) for a timeless, high-quality finish.
• Wild Essence: printed on premium Giclée fine art papers (Hahnemühle Photo Rag, Epson Semi Gloss, or German Etching, depending on the artwork*).

All papers are archival and museum-grade, designed to last for decades.

Do you support wildlife or conservation causes?
Yes - this is very close to my heart. While I’m not yet partnered with a specific organization, my long-term goal is to support wildlife protection through Wallimals.
