Welcome to Wallimals.com. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wallimals.com. We operate this website and online store, offering limited edition art prints under the Wallimals and Wild Essence collections (the “Services”).

Wallimals.com is powered by Shopify and fulfilled by The Printspace/Creativehub, which enables us to provide high-quality, sustainable printing and shipping worldwide.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age in your country of residence to use our Services. When providing your contact, payment, or shipping details, you confirm the information is correct and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

2. Products

Each artwork in our collections is custom made to order, produced on fine art or photographic papers at The Printspace’s studios (UK and Germany).

Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your device screen.

  • Product descriptions, sizes, and availability may change at any time.

  • All prints are sold unframed, unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as errors in pricing or product availability.

Cancellations are only possible before production begins. As each print is custom made, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order is in production.

All orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy (link to your page).

4. Prices, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency where available.

  • VAT is included for EU and Norwegian customers.

  • Customers outside the EU/Norway may be subject to local duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and promotions without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using The Printspace’s carbon-neutral shipping service.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by region and are shown at checkout.

  • Once shipped, risk of loss passes to you.

  • Delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, or external events are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

In addition, customers in the EU/EEA (including Norway) and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, text, and designs on Wallimals.com are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our products or content without permission.

8. Shopify & Third-Party Services

Our store runs on Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Wallimals.com. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, refunds, or claims related to your order.

We may provide links to third-party tools or websites. Use of these is at your own risk.

9. Feedback

If you submit reviews, feedback, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them to improve or promote our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallimals.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or delays caused by carriers, customs, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Norway.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
