Returns and Refunds

At Wallimals and Wild Essence, every artwork is custom made to order.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right:

– Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
– Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or someone acting on your behalf, physically received the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the withdrawal period expires by email at contact@wallimals.com. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Returned artworks must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is damaged or defective, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

If you withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option, within 14 days of receiving your notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
