Returns and Refunds

Every Wallimals and Wild Essence artwork is made to order - created individually for you.

Your satisfaction means everything to me. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I’ll make it right:

– Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
– Once confirmed, I'll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or someone acting on your behalf, physically received the product.

To arrange a return, please email contact@wallimals.com before the 14-day period ends. I personally handle all return requests. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Returned artworks must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day period, I will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option, within 14 days of receiving your notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless I agree otherwise.

Please Note: To avoid unnecessary returns and environmental impact,  I recommend carefully checking the listed dimensions before placing your order.

Each artwork is printed with care, securely packaged, and shipped with tracking - so you can feel confident ordering from me.

Each piece is made to order, and I want you to love what arrives.
