Returns & Refunds

All Wallimals and Wild Essence artworks are produced to order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it will be replaced or refunded at no cost. 
Please contact within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. 
The withdrawal period begins from the day you, or someone acting on your behalf, receive the artwork. 
To initiate a return, please contact contact@wallimals.com before the withdrawal period expires and include your order details.

Return Conditions 
Returned artworks must be in original condition and packaging.
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds 
If you withdraw within the 14-day period, all payments — including the cost of the standard shipping option — will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return notification. 
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

As each piece is produced to order, returns are limited in order to reduce unnecessary waste and environmental impact.
